We collect only what we need to run the service: your contact details, job details, and (for traders) verification documents. Documents are encrypted and only accessible to you and our verification team. We never sell your data, and you can access, correct or erase it (UK GDPR).
Your contact details are shared with a tradesperson only when they purchase your lead. Trade documents are never publicly visible.
Energy North connects customers with independent tradespeople. We verify badges but the work contract is between you and the trader. Regulated work can only be picked up by Green-badge verified trades. Pay-per-lead, no subscription.
